Farke's position being considered

By Leeds owners apparently. I get it as his record in the Prem is abysmal but he's on course to win the league. It wouldn't surprise me is this becomes a thing - one manager for promotion who is then replace by another manager to survive relegation, who presumably is then replaced by another to climb the league.

Is this efficient management or ruthless incompetence?
