FAO any web designers

I'm looking for some advice. My company website now needs a search function to help customers navigate the site. I have no idea how to implement this. I'm with Ionos and have googled it, apparently it's a CMS search bar that I need but I have never used wordpress or similar etc.
Any quick fix ? Do I need to get the code from something like wordpress and paste it somewhere specific in my header ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated as I've wasted today faffing around trying to sort it.
