Team Management App Recommendations

Looking for recommendations on a new team app.

Must Haves or some sort of workaround:

1. I am willing to pay to not have ads for the entire team
2. Email AND OR team message/chat where the parents can't reply to. This can be in the form of posts with no comments.
3. Automatic and Manual reminders
4. Subjective - Doesn't look outdated
5. Has active development
6. Player attendance
7. Nice to have - real time scoring notifications
