How will it work?

As a STH do I go on the phone on Friday 10th at 10:00,with a seat plan of Wembley on my lap,and choose a seat? Am I then able to buy the seats next to mine for my brother and his mate, both STHs at the same time?
Another friend who is a senior STH can’t go. Can I buy an adult price seat for my son using my friends client reference?
