There are two different ways for tickets to be purchased:
1. Season Ticket Holders can purchase the extra tickets online through the e-ticketing site here or by contacting the Ticket Office by phoning 0121 772 0101 (option 2).
2. They can provide their client reference number to a friend or family member who can then redeem the ticket directly by contacting the Ticket Office by phoning 0121 772 0101 (option 2) and quoting the Season Ticket Holder's full name
I believe that this is the case for the Orient game
