Ticketmaster issues

I've bought a ticket for the Orient game online from the Blues app and opted for the digital ticket which is my normal method.

I've received the email confirmation from Ticketmaster and tried to add the ticket to my Google wallet, which I have done plenty of times before, but the link I'm getting an error message about a typo on the ticketmaster url.

I've logged onto my Ticketmaster account and there is no record of the ticket for this match.

Has anyone else experienced this?
