Why not? They’ve everything going for them. Huge catchment area, massive home support. Low Expense stadium. If they were to have a decent investment or bought by a sugar daddy, they could push upwards really quickly because of financial regularities vs crowd size.

May not be a fancy team, but neither were Man City or us.
