Stuttering in Cut Scenes while recording the game with OBS

i am recording my gameplay with OBS software...and i dunno why but when im recording PES21/FL25 i am recoring it in 4K quality in 60.000mbps bitrate and while gameplay during normal match looks solid, mostly 99% smooth, there are times when it comes to the cut scenes that i have huge stuttering in my recording (specially after the goals) and i think i have pretty good PC to be able to recording it without stuttering...do you guys have any tips maybe how to avoid it?
