I see the memorandum & articles of association have dropped on companies house.

Now if you want a really boring read enjoy the 48 pages.

Haven't got time to cross reference the changes from previous version but there appears to be some clever corporate clauses around voting / selling rights etc which is not standard. Suspect this is legal positioning for the future.
