PES 2013's Scripting Issues

I recently picked up PES 2013 as my efforts with other PES/FIFA's went fruitless, and i absolutely love the game. But recently i've not played it at all due to it's very frustrating and blatant scripting.
Whenever i score a goal in any difficulty over 3, it's as if the AI's code goes from "Play normally" to "Complete bullshit" in a matter of seconds. I've seen countless videos (and also experienced firsthand) of the AI doing this and it's annoying as hell. You score a goal and not 10...
