Ticket office grief

So match Tickets bought days ago after network set up . Checked tickets today have right name and client ref on notification part of main purchaser . The three tickets attached are for 3 other people and their client numbers in a different row How did they manage that!

The digital ticket as correct names and client refs. Not sure about how that is going to work on three different phones and I am not sure if one of us has a phone that will work
