help with scoreboards

Hello! I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't know the answer to this but, still, is there any way to use any scoreborads in exhibition matches? Whenever I select one, it doesn't work at all. Only shows up when I pause the game or at half time (for the statistics). I know one way and it is to every time just map a scoreboard in map_competitions for exhibition but, let's be real, nobody wants to do that all the time.
