Beier nominated for "Rookie of the Month" award
The DFL has nominated Maximilian Beier for the March "Rookie of the Month" award. The TSG forward is up for selection along with Ian Maatsen of Dortmund and RB Leipzig's Xavi Simons.
Maximilian Beier, 21, scored three goals in March and already has 13 goals to his name this season. The voting window is between 16:00 CET on Monday and 23:59 CET on Thursday. The fan votes account for 40% of the overall result, with 30% coming from the votes of the representatives of the 18 Bundesliga clubs and 30% from selected experts.
