Think i spotted 1 issue with catering in the kop. You have 2 seperarate queues ... so 2 of us wanted a beer and my friends daughter 17 wanted a bovril. We were in beer queue got to front ... "we dont serve hot drinks on this side". Got round it but how stupid that the staff almost expect you to queue up twice!!!
