Is it about time?
Don't mean to be too morbid, but Sir Tom is a fair age, I feel it would be a greater tribute to name a stand after the man whilst he is here to witness it, rather than doing it in a few years and getting all nostalgic about woulda/coulda/shoulda stuff.
What do folk think? Did he do enough to earn the right to have a stand in his name? I think so. So why not?
