When Zola took over we actually played ok and we’re a little unfortunate not to get some results and then the players lost confidence and belief. In Rooneys first 2 games we have been awful and deserved to lose both games. Any criticism that the players aren’t fit enough to play this style and therefore it’s the fault of the previous manager is nonsense, they were fit enough to get us to 6 in the league. In addition this squad is substantially better than the one Zola had
