Where are they?

I'm convinced we have a squad of mentally fragile fair weather players.

Whose going to step up and lead?

There are many many issues with quality and board level and everything

But the way this team collapses isn't normal.

There is no mental strength in them whatsoever.

I've never been so concerned as I am now.
