For some reason, I've always found polyfunctional players rather fascinating, and I've finally worked up the courage to post a thread on it, as I don't think it's been discussed here that I've seen.
So, I'd be fascinated to hear your favourite examples of polyfunctional footballers through history - those who, I suggest, need to meet some criteria to be genuinely interesting:
