it doesn't need the 'village' feel to be a gentrified place though. New builds for sale here over 300 grand for a 3 bed. In between Kings Heath (posh these days in bits) and Bournville, and train station right off the high street with another line opening.
Nothing to do but get pissed or eat though, but nowhere in brum is as good to do either of those things at the moment.
