I went up to collect mine as when purchased I said I’d collect and she wrote ‘Collection’ on the receipt. Went up to collect and they couldn’t find them so I had to walk away asking to be contacted when they had been found. How surprised was I that when I got home they had been delivered in the post that day!
My own fault for not realising that nothing is straight forward with Blues and I should have phones first to check they were there to be collected!
