I think with Joe & Sam, the issue really is that both shot to the first team too early, as others did, but these 2 in particular because of their individual stand out quality, the injuries pushed too many too fast.
JG , more than likely has it, but again, he isn't being rushed, like Archie Gray, it can be seen a long way off.
Not often, maybe once in a generation a young player will come to the fore and actually live up to his promise (Rooney)
These kids really do need development, maybe not at Leeds as 1st team minutes will be limited.
