I’m only an occasional poster, but something has stirred me to action.
I learnt this morning - New Zealand time - that a record we have held for more than 100 years is at risk. In the 1890s, we won 7 away matches in a row, scoring at least 3 times each game.* We are the only English team to have done that. If Liverpool win away this weekend and score 3 times, they will match it.
Our proud record is at risk.
