UPDATE - Jacob Wood

The club is delighted to confirm that Jacob is back at home and on the road to recovery.  Jacob’s injury was diagnosed  as a severe concussion and although the severity of the injury should not be understated, the outcome could have been much worse.  In an exchange with our chairman Jacob said that he didn’t remember much but was able to crack a joke saying he needed new gloves as he’d not managed to hold onto the ball.  The club is sure that all fans will join us in wishing Jacob a speedy recovery and we look forward to seeing him between the posts, when the time is right.
