If an 'at fault' insured driver crashed into an
uninsured, parked, unoccupied vehicle...
What happens?
Some policies offer a uninsured driver promise, where you will recoup excess if involved in accident with uninsured driver.....but does this ONLY work if the uninsured third party is at fault?
Mistakes were made and damage has been done mostly to the 'fault drivers' vehicle.
Third party just had wing mirror damage.
Asking for a friend.
