Garry Monk is a thoughtful manager who preps well. He understands his players and he has patience. He doesn't get carried away when we win and doesn't beat himself up when we lose.
Both Swansea and Leeds were mad to let him go. He's brought us back to where we were two years ago, after the dreadful Zola experiment. Let's hope the board don't do anything like that again...
They couldn't be that daft surely. I mean it took them 4 attempts to get the right bloke finally. You'd hope they've learned by their mistakes.
