Des calls if right. Stocky has been good but plenty of mistakes & nowhere near the standards of Hart & Foster. I never thought he was needed. Kusczak was almost as good, though he’s another year older now, & may have suffered a lot from lack of pitch time.

I trust the Monk’s judgement on this, but we need to have one of the best keepers in the division - that’s our heritage.

We stand to make a few millions from the sale of Jack. I’d like to see a good % of that ploughed into a top draw Championship keeper.
