Saskatchewan asks Appeal Court to rule on Trudeau's carbon tax

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe says he doesn’t believe the federal government has the right to impose a carbon tax, and is asking the province's Appeal Court for a ruling. Saskatchewan’s NDP leader calls the move “expensive” and “risky.”
