Trudeau on Theresa May’s proposed ban on plastic straws

Justin Trudeau says he is open to hearing ideas on curbing the use of plastics to protect oceans. The Prime Minister wouldn’t say directly if he supported British Prime Minister Theresa May’s proposal to ban one-time-use plastic straws.
