Ontario small-business owners raising prices to cover minimum wage hikes

The provincial Liberal government is increasing the minimum wage to $14 an hour as of Jan. 1 and then to $15 by Jan. 1, 2019 – a move being closely watched by businesses in Alberta and B.C.
