Yes, I agree with you..... with the proviso that a good manager will have the balls to drop one or two players when they are off-form (e.g. Gardner; Nsue; Maghoma). By playing Kief and Grounds, Cotterill also gave an important signal to the squad - anyone can get a start, if I think they've done enough to deserve a chance... and if you don't deliver for me, don't be surprised if I replace you. Bravo! PS I'm desperate to see Gardner back in the team....... but only when he's good enough.
