Tottenham enquire on Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri
Tottenham have made initial enquiries for Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri. Roma are also interested in the player and had a £20million bid rebuffed by the Ligue 1 side earlier in the week.
