Notice of Annual General Meeting (Virtual)

Wednesday 2nd September 8pm 

The club will be holding its AGM virtually on Wednesday 2nd September at 8pm and in preparation for this and the coming season there are several posts at the club for which any adult member of the club can be nominated. Social members are eligible to be nominated therefore, parents please feel free to get involved!

The officers of the club who form the management committee, will be elected at the AGM. They are:

Chairperson
Vice Chair
Secretary
Treasurer

Welfare Officer
Ladies' Club Captain
Men's Club Captain
Social Secretary
Junior coordinator

Additionally, the President will be elected at the AGM.

We have the following roles for which volunteers are welcomed. Although these roles do not form part of the management committee they are automatically co-opted onto the committee.

Communications Officer

Social Secretary

All nominations need to be submitted in writing (emails acceptable) to the secretary, Amanda Lindsell, amandallindsell@hotmail.co.uk by 16th May together with any items of business that you would like to raise at the AGM.

The Club will continue to keep you informed and publish the meeting details to enable you to attend. We will also publish last season's reports shortly.
