Sheffield Hockey Club Sponsorship

 

Many friends of Sheffield Hockey Club often ask how they can help support the club. As with many amateur sports clubs we rely on our members to raise the essential funds to allow us to pursue the sport we love. When those outside the playing membership kindly offer to support the club with financial contributions, the club is able to do so much more for our members. 

Over the last few years the club has installed a new scoreboard, refurbished the camera tower, contributed to the resurfacing of the car park and of course laid the Olympic pitch at Abbeydale. In addition, we have appointed high quality coaches with increased funding available for those delivering on the junior programme this coming season. We've also added extra training sessions for both seniors and juniors in the last few seasons. These have all contributed to enhancing the members’ experience.

Our number one aim is to secure at least £3500 worth of sponsorship through the sale of at least ten advertising hoardings around the pitch at Abbeydale. As I write this, we have already sold two and have interest from one another party. Would you be willing to support us in this venture? The costs are £500 for the first year (which includes the cost of production), a second year would cost you just £400 with the third year free. If you would prefer to sign up to a three year agreement and spread the cost over the three years @ £300 a year, then we would be happy to do that.
