New Membership System Coming March 2026

We are preparing to transition to a new online membership management system! We hope that our new platform, WellnessLiving, will solve some of the administrative and communication issues that we were experiencing with Zen Planner. It may take a while to learn the features and quirks of a new system, so we appreciate your patience during the transition.

We plan to import customer data, memberships, and bills in the next couple of weeks. Be watching for an email invitation to create your account on the new system. We will run the systems in parallel while we work out any issues that may arise, and finalize the switch sometime in April.

We will be checking closely to make sure all membership, billing, and attendance information is correct in the new system. Please let us know if you notice anything that looks wrong.

For security purposes, we will not attempt to port any credit card numbers to the new system. You will be able to enter a credit card yourself once you create your account, or we should be able to do it for you at the front desk.
