OS/AH Series: November 2020, 1st Week

Hey everyone. Sorry I fell off some video classes these past few weeks. Once class started, I quickly realized I don’t have as much time as I used to to make videos.

I’ll still make class videos for people that are unable to make it in, but they won’t be quite as long as our previous ones as I won’t be doing warm-ups and cool downs. I’ll also sporadically do bout analysis.

I’m going to do updates in another post.
