Scott Hutchison: Police seek pair who may have seen singer near Forth Bridge

Police investigating the disappearance of Frightened Rabbit singer Scott Hutchison are seeking to speak to two people who may have seen the star near the Forth Road Bridge in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
