AGM and Presentation Evening
The AGM and presentation of annual awards: This will take place on Monday 5th December at the Hope Works Social Club, starting at 7.00pm. We aim to move through the AGM quickly and continue straight on with the presentation of annual awards. There are lots of gorgeous silver trophies and fabulous presentation rosettes in the new HVRC colours just waiting to be awarded to the lucky winners. The evening also includes a free buffet. Trophies: If any riders still have trophies awarded at last year’s AGM, please can they now return them (cleaned please) asap to Kim Burke – please telephone her on 07788 660106 or 01433 659629 to arrange a drop off point. Membership fees: Bob Stoney will be at the meeting with membership forms and envelopes ready for any members who would like to pay their 2017 subscriptions at the AGM. There will be no increase in membership fees, which will be remaining at the same level in 2017 – £25 senior, £20 junior and £40 family (for 2 family members, additional family members £15 each).
