Perrysburg's Owen Recker places 3rd in Division I state diving competition

CANTON — Perrysburg’s Owen Recker earned a third-place finish in the diving portion of the Division I state swimming and diving competition on Tuesday at C.T. Branin Natatorium, while Bryan's Kaedyn Ward placed fourth in the Division II diving competition.
