KINGSPORT, Tenn. - Cumberlands extended its lead after day two of the Mid-South Conference Swimming and Diving Championships at the Kingsport Aquatic Center.

The Patriots have totaled 658 points and won five events on the evening. Cumberlands recorded three meet records in the finals. Thomas Holzkamm won the 100-yard butterfly with a meet-record time of 48.63. Leon Irmer set the meet record in the 100 breaststroke winning the conference title with a time of 55.66. Jokubas Jankauskas earned the Patriots' third meet record of the night winning the 100 backstroke with a time of 49.46. Peyton Berter (400 IM) and Ruben Gonzalez De Oliveira (200 free) got the other two wins for Cumberlands.
