Orlando City ties No. 1 Philly

Rookie Santiago Patino scored his first MLS goal, Brian Rowe made five saves, including a diving stop in injury time, and 10th-place Orlando City tied the first-place Philadelphia Union 2-2 on Sunday.

Patino, the No. 3 overall pick in the 2019 SuperDraft, tapped in from point-blank range the rebound of Chris Mueller's header to give Orlando City (6-9-4) a 2-1 lead in the 81st minute.

But Kacper Przybylko took a pass from Matt Real and scored on a side-netter to make it 2-2 in the 90th.

In the third minute of stoppage time, Rowe's left-handed save of a header by Jack Elliott preserved the tie for Orlando City.

Philadelphia (10-5-6) took a 1-0 lead when Marco Fabian slipped a headed cross by Fabrice-Jean Picault just inside the far post in the fourth minute.

Dom Dwyer's header of Luis Carlos Almeida da Cunha's entry on a set piece made it 1-1 in the 67th.

Red Bulls 3, Atlanta United 3: Bradley Wright-Phillips scored the game's second stoppage-time goal to help New York gain a tie. Justin Meram gave Atlanta (9-7-3) a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute but goals by Daniel Royer in the 37th and Brian White in the 60th minute put the Red Bulls (8-7-4) up 2-1. Josef Martinez drew a foul in the area and converted from the spot in the 79th to make it 2-2 and his header in the first minute of injury time gave Atlanta a 3-2 lead. Wright-Phillips, the only MLS player with 20-plus goals in three different seasons, scored for just the second time this season and the first since March 16. The 34-year old missed nine games over nearly two months with a groin injury.
