COLUMBUS, Ga. –  The Olivet Nazarene University women's swim and dive team sandwiched solid individual performances between two national champion relays to put themselves in prime position to defend their team title. The 200 Freestyle Relay team of Deirdre Gerke, Jordan Enders, Andrea Vega and Leanne Latocha kicked off day two of the 2018 NAIA Swimming and Diving Nationals with a title, setting the tone for the evening. Amanda Moran, Vega, Kara DeLong and Gerke set a new school record en route to their title in the 400 Medley Relay to close the night. After 12 events, the Tigers sit in first place, just three points ahead of Savannah College of Art and Design (Ga.).
