PNE v Bees match reports

On the 28th of October 1967, I saw my 1st Brentford game. Chester City at home and we won 3-1. 50 years to the day and it's Preston away.

Today was special and entertaining. Great win and team performance. Thought the referee had a very good game and he had too. Never giving in to their diving and theatrics. Firm and fair. Saw the Nico incident at Half time and thought that it was a deliberate elbow that concussed him. Can we have their number 9 for that in retrospect ? Hope Nico is ok. Was like the Dalsgaard incident at Sheffield Wed. Nico down and out for a very long time and stretchered off.

Dalsgaard my man if the match. Great movement for our 3rd win and just 6 points off the play offs :-)
