Lewis Hamilton escapes tragedy by inches as title rival Max Verstappen's car lands on his HEAD

Both drivers are out of the race at Monza after Verstappen's Red Bull flew off a ramp on a curve and onto the top of Hamilton's Mercedes before diving nose-first into the gravel.
