Raleigh gran sport

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me tracing the history of this frame, I know it's a 1962 frame from its serial number but it's the picture of the rider on the seat tube that has me stumped, I have seen many gran sports but not one with this decal on it, can anyone enlighten me.
