Bent Axle, what else to change ?

i had abike with bent axle and the bearing nut is completely deformed. i'm getting new 145mm axle and wondering wheather it's logical to change any other parts since the axle deformation may had caused on other parts.

i've checked the ball bearing (loose ones) and can't see any problem !
