Tour of California Stage 2 Viewing Plans

I plan on watching stages 1 and 2. I've been to the Sacramento stage multiple times before, so I know what I'm going to do there.

Any ideas for Stage 2? I'm thinking about riding from Livermore to 130 via Mines Rd and probably finding a smaller uphill somewhere along 130 where there aren't...
