Russian rider Rikunov claims Pingtan cycling race
PINGTAN, Southeast China, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) -- Russia's Petr Rikunov pulled away to win the men's elite group title on Monday at the Pingtan International Cycling Race.
The Chengdu Cycling Team rider clocked two hours, four minutes and 35 seconds to emerge the winner in Pingtan County of Fujian Province, beating Venezuela's Carlos Torres into second place. Estonian rider Mihkel Raim came in third.
