Original colors or no on a classic

I am thinking of getting my Specialissima frame powder coated. I don't especially like the original color (burgundy). So I''m considering a completely different scheme and I would also do the lugs in a contrasting color. Original decals are available and I plan to put those on. Any thoughts?
