What do you know about this make of steel Belgian bike?

I seek input from this forum about my steel 531 Reynolds, Campagnolo Record, The Dura bike. Purchased by me in 1972, in Los Angeles California, USA from Hans Ohrt bike shop. This mark appears uniquely unknown by aficionados that I have spoken to. Has ARAYA rims with old style hubs. A rich three color paint job plus gold pin stripping. I particularly would like to find a new badge for my upcoming paint job and general restoration. I welcome you opinion.
