3 speed miyata

I am going to be in my home town for the next few days and have been thinking about buying a low cost, but decent shape. bike to leave in my sisters garage. That way I will have a bike already there and will not have to transport one. I am just looking for something pretty basic and saw this on craigslist. It is certainly low cost and look okay. If any one can give me some info on it that would be great. Thanks
